ACTFL OPI

There is no quiz scheduled for this week. Please read the content of the ACTFL OPI at the bottom of your Quia page. The recording: I will have someone come to UDB on Thursday at 3PM. As a group, you will record and evaluate this person for about 30 minutes taking into consideration the points established by ACTFL. Then, individually, you will tell me what the level of this person is based on the ACTFL scale. If you have a conflict with this meeting, you need to let me know ASAP -Tuesday the latest- and I will think of something else.

    I don't have any problem with the day and the hour. But, where are we going to meet this person in a classroom or in the language school?

    Absolutely I wil be there, just I want to know exactly how do you want we evaluated that person we have to record in a video camera or tape recorder how? as a group we have to desig a rubric? what aspescts we will evaluated? where will meet, we have to look milton or we will meet in the english lab where?

    Dear friends:

    Please meet at the language lab on Thursday at 3:00 PM. You will not be interviewing anyone, but instead, I will post two recordings shortly before the meeting time and you will listen to the OPI interviews and decide according to the OPI ACTFL scale, what level they are. You will need to explain your choice (making note of the mistakes/success of the interviewee) in a private email to me BEFORE 4 PM on Thursday.
